MySearchLog is a job search compliance tracking platform that helps users document job search activities and generate court-ready reports. The Service is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

MySearchLog uses cryptographic hash chains to ensure the integrity of compliance records. Tampering with or falsifying records may constitute fraud and is strictly prohibited. Records submitted as court evidence must be accurate and truthful.
Paid features are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for the current billing period. Agency pricing is governed by separate agreements.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to MySearchLog. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Contra Costa County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect.
